Medical Appointments During The School Day

Wherever possible all medical, dental & opticians appointments should be made out of school hours, however should you need to take your child to an appointment during the school day, please note the following:

Admission/collection of children around the lunch period.

Reception, Years 1, 2 & 3

• Latest arrival time 11:30am
• Earliest collection time 1:30pm

Years 4, 5 & 6

• Latest arrival time 12:00pm
• Earliest collection time 2:00pm

If however your child has completed ½ hour of the morning session and you take them out of school for an appointment the following arrival times apply:

• Reception, Years 1, 2 & 3 – 12:00 noon
• Years 4, 5 & 6 – 12:30pm
